Merlin Projects: NotebookLM and Perplexity Spaces

For Merlin Projects, please add an option to ensure that response is strictly grounded to and based only on the connected documents. Google NotebookLM does this by default. Perplexity Spaces has the option to choose that mode (screenshot).

Couldnt generate transcription

I tried generating the transcription of 5 images and received this message. In ChatGPT Plus, it worked perfectly

New Interface | Prompt's format always gets clumped together

Using the new interface. The format of my prompt (Markdown etc.) always becomes a giant clumped text whenever I access them from saved prompt. Greatly impeding the prompting experience in the new interface

Overlapping wordings when "Merlin Magic" toggle is "ON"

Refer the attached image, there's overlapping Merlin Magic wording with the Home History and other background stuffs. Recommending to add outer glow for those words.
