I am writing to formally request a full refund for my purchase of GetMerlin Ai, which I acquired on the 10th Aug 2026.I am requesting this refund because the product has completely failed to meet my expectations and does not perform the basic functions mentioned in the social media advert1 . Despite several attempts to utilize the service, I have found it to be entirely ineffective and unfit for its intended purpose. Because it does not deliver the value or utility promised, I therefore, have no use for it and will not continue using it. It couldn't even find me the customer support email address
