This also happens for me across app and web. Almost every prompt I write returns a blank. Other times, I get a message saying "There was an internal error. The team has been notified about this issue. Please try again later."

This happens to me constantly! And it will also sometimes get stuck saying “selecting best model” and then do nothing for several minutes. How frustrating

is Merlin's support team aware that the app has been having issues the last few days? I've experienced prompts not returning results until the refresh (arrow in a circle) button is pressed. Running an initial search generates no output. Not sure if this identical to the original poster's issue, but it sounds similar.
