Last month I bought subscription on the same day I got frustrated by their limits and ask them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. They cancelled the subscription and said that within 10 days refund will be received in your bank account, but this is 1.5 months still nothing received. I sent them mail tickets everything they avoided everything. They said it's already refunded but I didn't receive anything in my bank account, I showed them bank statement also. But nothing changed, i got frustrated and now I am thinking on file a legal complaint on them. Someone help me on that
