Hey, team. PLEASE provide a way to make text bolder and black instead of grey (web) and thin (in the iOS app).

Can you provide screenshots for the web instance, please? Where exactly do you feel the text is not contrasty enough?

Vijay Bharadwaj, Thanks for the reply. Note how Merlin has a gray font on a gray background. And the further down you go, the white gradient has a greater impact on readability as you read closer to the chat box. Compared to the other screenshot, where you have a crisp black font on a white background, much better readability, and the white gradient moving toward the chat box is not as pronounced. You can also provide a way to set a white background rather than grey. I prefer a black-and-white contrast for readability.
