Hi! I'm Ukrainian, and like over 75% of other Ukrainians, I use Russian (Cyrillic script) as my primary language. Сince the creation of the Merlin extension, I’ve noticed how the design has been improving every day, which is great. However, I’ve encountered an issue with Cyrillic readability: the difference between bold and regular text is barely noticeable, making it harder to quickly identify key points, especially in complex dialogues.
In comparison, bold text in the "old-chat" font was much easier to distinguish in Cyrillic. A slight increase in bold font weight (e.g., from 500 to 600 in 6ff01ff05eb128ee.css > .font-medium > font-weight) makes the difference far more visible in Cyrillic without breaking the design. While bold text works fine for English users, Cyrillic text clearly lacks the same contrast.
This is a very optional and specific suggestion, I know not everyone may like this design, so I'm not pushing for anything, just a suggestion for a light edit. But It's just that right now the difference is extremely hard to see.
For myself, I’ve made a custom tweak to fix this, but it would be great if this improvement were applied universally, as it would save time and reduce strain for Cyrillic users.
