A full Spanish version of the Chrome Extension should be created to be able to see the summary banner in Spanish.
Another alternative: Create a button that allows you to easily translate into the language you want.

Hey Carlos, for most part, if you change the language in settings, you should be able to change the language of the extension. Can you please post any cases where its not?
