I would like to raise a concern regarding an issue I faced while using the AI module.

I started a project with the module and provided clear instructions regarding my work in RCM, insurance coordination, claims and healthcare reporting. I then uploaded the August 2026 revenue data and explained the report/dashboard I needed.

The requirement was to analyse the actual Excel data and prepare an RCM management dashboard covering the total claims based on unique invoice numbers, doctor-wise revenue and claim count, insurance-wise analysis, laboratory CPT-wise analysis, radiology CPT-wise analysis, and an overall management summary.

I also clearly mentioned that the screenshots shared were only examples of the format and that all figures should be taken from the uploaded Excel data.

Unfortunately, the module was unable to complete the task. I was repeatedly asked to re-export the data, provide screenshots, confirm column names and provide the information in different formats. Even after the module confirmed that it could read the data and understood the required fields, the complete analysis was still not produced.

This was quite frustrating, especially because the instructions and requirements had already been clearly provided.

I am sharing the complete conversation for your review. Please have your technical/product team go through the session and check why the module was unable to perform the requested analysis.

I would also appreciate clarification on the expected capability of the module for Excel/XLS/XLSX/CSV data analysis and whether there is any limitation that caused this issue.

Please review the matter and let me know how this can be resolved.
