I’d like to suggest a feature that I believe addresses a major gap in the market. Specifically, the ability to generate one-click AI replies to customer emails using a custom-trained AI mode such as your projects feature however there is no way to use this quickly in gmail, ideally with full access to:

Shopify API (for order status, tracking info, etc.)

Store policies (returns, shipping, exchanges, etc.)

FAQs and internal knowledge (to keep replies on-brand and accurate)

I’ve tested multiple Chrome extensions and Shopify apps, but none fully solve the issue. What’s missing is a tool that can instantly generate context-aware responses based on real-time data and brand specific knowledge without needing to copy paste or manually guide the AI.

This type of integration would be a game changer for eCommerce businesses managing support at scale, especially for dropshipping and high volume stores.

Thanks for considering this Merlin is already powerful and i was surprised there was no way to set the projects as the default ai reply in gmail, and this would take it to the next level.
