Misleading AI Model Claims – Poor Performance

I tried using Merlin expecting access to real AI models like ChatGPT and Claude as advertised, but the experience was completely different. The responses are slow, many requests fail, and I often get no useful results.

Based on my experience, it does not feel like I am using the original models directly. The advertised model names seem misleading, and the quality is far below what I expect from the actual ChatGPT or Claude services.

I would not recommend this service unless the claims about the models and performance are made clearer.
