In the project section you can add files and URLs.

While the filename gives a good reference whether the document has already been uploaded, the URLs are just taken as is. This makes it difficult, especially as most of them are long links, to see whether a file has already been uploaded.

I'd like to see the ability to give a name to a file and edit the link and name at a later stage, as opposed to deleting the URL and uploading the link again. This would make it easier to recognize what the URL is all about and whether it was referenced more than once in the project.

Also, it would be truly helpful, if Merlin would warn about a link or file if it already exists.
