Yes to this! 
NotebookLM Plus has the additional benefit of being 'steered' through prompts and specific modes: Guide, Analyst, and Custom modes
You also get about 5x more generations and 5x more context (document uploads) and you can share the chats with others to have a 'live' conversation with the 'podcast' 
I want this so bad as the NotebookLM is powerful but limited
