asking for a very simple 10 seconds clip, with text - nothing fancy at all. Asked for portrait - result landscape, font used far from what i asked for and some weird lines on the design. Merlin said I was right, nothing i asked for was delivered but it could not corect by generating a new content. Generated a new 5 second clip but still landscape - Merlin said it would not show me the result as it doesnt respect the desired format - generated with Seedance 2.0 Mini - but all my credits were used in this no result ****.
I now have to wait 4 days until using Merlin again but will ask for a refund if this fraud of an AI keeps mocking me!

We're sorry the video generation didn't give you what you asked for and that your credits were used up without a usable result. We understand how frustrating that is, especially when you have to wait for your credits to reset.
Please email support@getmerlin.in with the following details so our team can look into it and review your credits:
- The email address on your Merlin account
- The date and approximate time of both video generations
- The prompts you used, including the text, font, format (portrait) and length (10 seconds) you asked for
- Screenshots of the chat showing the results and Merlin's responses
- The model used (you mentioned Seedance 2.0 Mini)
- A screenshot of your usage or credits page
Once we have these, our team will check what went wrong with the format and get back to you about your credits.
