I'm having the same problem where project pdf uploads keep failing at 98% and they're less than 5 mb. We've tried different browsers, made new pdf's and tried text uploads to no avail...

Hey, Tye Weldon: actually at the time OpenAI embeddings API was down, due to which these things were failing. It should be all up and good now.
