Two prompts to Claude 4.0 Sonnet used up around 25-30% of my monthly fair usage limit and still did not provide a response as it kept getting cutoff.

I was working on a project using Claude 4.0 and felt that the chat was getting too long, so I prompted Claude 4.0 to generate a context document summarising the chat context, but it failed three time because the responses kept getting cut off. In the last two time I tried to get it to generate an output, it used up 25-30% of my monthly fair usage limit. I am willing to share the chat to someone at merlin, but two prompts using up this much fair usage limit is not acceptable at all.
This issue has been occurring frequently since the new agentic flow feature was introduced, and there’s no way to disable this feature. I can share the chat if necessary, but I can't do so here, as it contains information I prefer not to make public.

I've sent an email sharing chat with their support team and created a support request for this on Monday. They claim to respond to tickets usually within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything yet and it'll almost be 3-4 business days completed today. I guess they will just ignore the request till my monthly usage reset so I don't bother continuing with this support request.

This has happened to me countless times!!! It will use a higher end model such as 03, etc. and then it will just hang without any response whatsoever. I’ve lost count of how many times no answer is given and it just stalls, whilst also siphoning off my daily tokens. Absolutely outrageous and ridiculously scammy
