I've tried uninstalling and rebooting my computer, but Merlin only works fine for a few hours, and then it has the same problem again.

Ale Huerta: Hey Ale, I don't think uninstall will help in this case. Actually linkedin frequently keeps changing its UI. Can you please let us know where are you trying to comment or a screenshot to help debug it better.
