Merlin Chrome extension has stopped working since last Chrome update

Hi 
Since I updated my Google Chrome a couple of days ago.  The Merlin chrome extension has stopped working.  I hit refresh that appears on the "Merlin needs a refresh" dialogue/pop-up box, but nothing takes effect.

We’ve released a fix for this issue, which is available in version 7.2.0 or later. Please update the extension to continue using it.
