Memory not working. Craft tool fails too many times

I've been using Merlin Pro for 2 months, and there's 2 big issues with it now:
- Craft tool failed too many times. When I asked Merlin for a specific task, to create a page, a website, craft tool failed a lot, and I have to retry many times -> waste of usage
- Memory for Merlin to remember me in Setting -> Personalization, does not work. There's nothing Merlin get from chatting for 2 months. I did try tell Merlin to remember me, like: "I like milked coffee", but nothing appeared in Memory.

The memory feature has been already fixed on the platform. The craft however is being worked on as a new version and that will be reported back, thanks for reporting this!

Hi, both crafts and memory activation are actively being worked on by our team, and improvements are on the way.

Craft tool is archaic now. Everyone else has moved on to agentic workflow. Not just that, the chat context mangement is sub-standard.
The initial spark and energy of Merlin AI has fizzled.

I experienced that memory failure several time and would like to see how Merlin team handles this issue since so many users escalate this issue

Same here. Many people reported these errors many months ago, but nothing changes.
