I use Merlin every day and yet the other day it fully reset on me and now I don't even see the element at all. I sent in a support ticket over a day ago and there wasn't even an automated response.
Here is my original message:
Hi, I am a Pro customer and when I went into the chat today it shows nothing, for a second it showed the correct number, but then reset to a welcome message about the challenge.
After using the chat today, it showed me that I have 0 days and that I need to start all over.
This is not possible. I just used Merlin less than 24 hours ago.
Please fix this so that today is day 22.
